The YENİ Party's new headquarters in Ankara's Mustafa Kemal Neighborhood will open its doors tomorrow following approximately one month of renovations and preparations. The first official activity in the building will be the Party Assembly meeting, which will be chaired by Chairman Özgür Özel.

While renovation work on the four-story headquarters has been completed, it was noted that staff moved into their offices today. In addition to the Turkish flag, banners featuring photos of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and Özgür Özel were hung on the building's exterior. It was noted that the headquarters has been made ready for meetings following cleaning and final preparations.

Özel is expected to head to the headquarters after attending the funeral ceremony of former CHP Deputy Chairman Cevdet Selvi, which will be held at the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) tomorrow at 11:00 AM. There, Özel will chair the Party Assembly and Founders' Board group meetings.

Özel is expected to deliver an opening speech at the Party Assembly meeting, the beginning of which will be open to the press. The meeting's agenda will include recent political developments, founding activities, organizational efforts, provincial and district congresses, the convention process, and the field work program.

The convention regulations are expected to be discussed at the Founders' Board meeting. The meeting traffic at the new headquarters will continue on September 1 and 2. Özel is scheduled to chair the Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting on Tuesday, September 1, and the provincial chairs meeting on Wednesday, September 2.
