Zafer Party official found dead in pond

The lifeless body of 53-year-old Fikri Balcı, the Zafer Party's Daday District Chair, was found in the Yumurtacı Pond in the Daday district of Kastamonu. Balcı had gone missing after entering the water, and his body was recovered near the shore following search efforts by teams.

The lifeless body of 53-year-old Fikri Balcı, the Zafer Party's Daday District Chair, was found in the Yumurtacı Pond in the Daday district of Kastamonu. According to the information obtained, Balcı arrived at the pond in his vehicle and went missing for a time after entering the water. Upon bystanders noticing the situation, a report was immediately made to the 112 Emergency Call Center.

LIFELESS BODY FOUND IN POND

Immediately following the incident, gendarmerie, Gendarmerie Search and Rescue (JAK), and Kastamonu Provincial Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) teams were dispatched to the area. As a result of the search efforts initiated in the pond, the AFAD diving team reached Balcı's lifeless body approximately five meters from the shore. After the teams brought the body to the shore, they conducted the necessary examinations at the scene.

BODY TAKEN TO HOSPITAL

Following the examinations conducted at the scene, Balcı's body was taken to the morgue of Kastamonu Training and Research Hospital. This tragic incident at the pond has caused great sadness among the local public and the Zafer Party organization.

CONFIRMED AS ZAFER PARTY DADAY DISTRICT CHAIR

The news that Fikri Balcı's lifeless body had been found was announced by Zafer Party Kastamonu Provincial Chair Özcan Büyükşen. While it was stated that Balcı was the Zafer Party's Daday District Chair, messages of condolence were published by the party.
