Zafer Party's 'tape' response to Muharrem İnce: 'It is in your nature to, in the final stretch...'

Memleket Party Chairman Muharrem İnce made statements regarding the current agenda at his party's headquarters. Closing the door on cooperation with the CHP, İnce also emphasized the '3 ministries and MIT' agreement between the Zafer Party and the CHP. The first response to İnce came from Zafer Party Deputy Chairman Esmaül Hüsna Aslan.

In his speech, İnce also touched upon the '3 ministries and MIT' protocol between Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ and former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. 

"POLITICS IS A MATTER OF INTEGRITY"

İnce said the following:

“I went and met with these friends five times. I met with Mr. Özgür. I met with Mr. Ekrem. In an environment where everyone had abandoned them, I extended a hand to them. Look, I am saying it again, I negotiated for the Memleket Party, but I did not talk about a single thing regarding myself. What did I talk about? My brother, I did not say I want three ministries, I want the Undersecretariat of MIT, I want this, I want that. I am not of a nature to discuss such things. Politics is a matter of integrity, integrity!” 

“INTEGRITY IS NOT SURRENDERING”

A response to İnce's words came from Zafer Party Deputy Chairman Esmaül Hüsna Aslan.

Reacting to İnce's statements on her social media account, Aslan addressed İnce by saying, “Integrity is not surrendering and not surrendering your homeland. It is in your nature to surrender to 'fake tapes' in the final stretch.”

Aslan said the following: 

“Mr. Ümit Özdağ did not ask for the ministries to take them into his own possession, but to prevent the state's critical organs from being surrendered. And he had his request accepted.

Integrity is not surrendering and not surrendering your homeland. It is in your nature to surrender to 'fake tapes' in the final stretch.

You, who bargained for two municipalities and couldn't even get those, think three times before you try to measure up to the Zafer Party!”
