In the Presidential Decree published in the duplicate issue of the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, it was stated: "It has been decided to approve the attached '2025 Presidential Annual Program' prepared by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Presidency of Strategy and Budget."
