Amendment to the collective bargaining agreement regulation
The Ministry of Labor and Social Security has made changes to the membership of the selection committee in the Regulation on Applying to Mediators and Arbitrators in Collective Bargaining Agreements.

The phrase “Undersecretary or deputy undersecretary” in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation on Applying to Mediators and Arbitrators in Collective Bargaining Agreements, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 7/12/2013 and numbered 28844, has been changed to “deputy minister”.
ARTICLE 5 DEFINED THE MEMBERS FORMING THE SELECTION COMMITTEE
The selection committee, chaired by the Minister of Labor and Social Security, which determines those who can act as mediators, was composed of one member from labor unions, one member from employer unions, one member from universities, the General Director of Labor, and the undersecretary and deputy undersecretary.
