Appointment and dismissal decisions published in the Official Gazette

With the appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette, Gülser Ustaoğlu, General Manager of the Status of Women at the Ministry of Family and Social Services, was dismissed in accordance with Article 4 of Presidential Decree No. 3. Muharrem Kurt was appointed to the vacant position of General Manager of Martyrs' Relatives and Veterans, and Özge Aydiş Toy was appointed as General Manager of Legal Services at the ministry.

Furthermore, Tekin Balcı, Provincial Director of Samsun, and İdris Altuntaş, Provincial Director of Rize, were dismissed from the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

Veysel Topkaya, Provincial Director of Mersin, was appointed as the Provincial Director of Amasya; Vefa Akdoğan to Bitlis; Sahit Aydın to Çorum; Ömer Faruk Ergün to Elazığ; Abdulhalim Ünalan to Hakkari; Müslüm Ferdi Bozkurt to Kahramanmaraş; Harun Köksalan to Kastamonu; Ali Sait Çeçen to Malatya; Mustafa Kılıç to Manisa; Naci Yılmaz to Mersin; Yakup Kütük, Provincial Director of Isparta, to Muğla; Ahmet Kırtay to Muş; Harun Tan, Provincial Director of Sivas, to Ordu; Özgür Kırmızıtaş to Sivas; Kemal Gümrükçü, Provincial Director of Bayburt, to Samsun; Salih Kaya to Şırnak; Kıymet Boztaş to Tokat; Arif Topal to Yozgat; and Mehmet Türkmen Köse to Zonguldak. The dismissals and appointments were carried out in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of Presidential Decree No. 3.

With the decision included in the Official Gazette, Şükran Doğan, General Manager of Legal Services at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security; Metehan Özcan, Deputy General Manager of International Labor; and Abdulkadir Bülent Aytaç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Institution, were dismissed.

Mehmet Baş, Deputy General Manager of the same institution, was appointed as General Manager of Labor; Ali Aybey, Deputy General Manager of Foreign Relations and European Union, as General Manager of International Labor; Oğuz Tuncay as General Manager of Foreign Relations and European Union; Bekir Aktürk, Chief Labor Inspector, as Head of Guidance and Inspection; İbrahim Esenkar to the Department of Strategy Development; Bülent Uğur Ecevit, Chief Trade Inspector, as Head of Guidance and Inspection at the Social Security Institution; Engin Akyol and Mustafa Işık as Deputy General Managers of the Turkish Employment Agency; Murat Doğanay as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Institution; Necmettin Öz as Deputy General Manager of Retirement Services at the Social Security Institution; and Mürsel Baki as Deputy General Manager of Insurance Premiums at the Social Security Institution.

Hasan Davulcu and Ersin Dilber were appointed to the vacant positions on the Board of Directors of the Meat and Milk Board.
