According to the Appointment Decision published in the Official Gazette, Mustafa Yılmaz has been appointed as the President of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 4628 and Articles 2, 3, and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 3.
