Attention those with 2024 KPSS scores: 10 municipal police officers to be hired

Zonguldak Municipality has announced that it will hire 10 municipal police officers to be employed under the Civil Servants Law No. 657. It was reported that the personnel to be assigned within the municipality will be hired through open appointment in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Police Regulation.

Candidates applying for the announcement must meet the general requirements set forth in Article 48 of Law No. 657. In this context, conditions such as being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, not being deprived of public rights, and having no health problems that would prevent them from performing their duties will be required of candidates.

Special requirements include having received a valid score for the position from the 2024 Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS), holding at least a Class B driver's license, and not having reached the age of 30 as of the date of the exam. Candidates will also be required to meet the height and weight requirements specified in the Municipal Police Regulation.

The application form can be obtained from the municipality or via the Zonguldak Municipality website. Candidates must complete their applications with the documents specified in the announcement by the end of the workday on October 2, 2026, at the latest.

Applications will only be accepted in person. Applications made by mail or submitted with missing documents will not be evaluated. Candidates who meet the requirements will be called for an oral and practical exam.
