The memorandum regarding Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz serving as acting President has been published in today's issue of the Official Gazette.
CEVDET YILMAZ TO SERVE AS ACTING PRESIDENT
According to the memorandum, Vice President Yılmaz will serve as acting President in accordance with Article 106 of the Constitution until the return of Erdoğan, who will be visiting the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 8-9.
