Changes to the State Supervisory Council
The Presidential Decree on Amendments to the Presidential Decree on the State Supervisory Council has been published in the Official Gazette.

With the Presidential Decree, certain powers and duties of the State Supervisory Council have been regulated.
According to the regulation in the decree, personnel of all levels and ranks from institutions and organizations may be assigned at the inspection site to assist the State Supervisory Council in its inspection activities.
Auditors will be assigned by the Head of Administrative Affairs of the Presidency upon request.
With another change made by the decree, administrative personnel to work in the Council Secretariat will be appointed or assigned by the Head of Administrative Affairs of the Presidency upon the request of the Council President.
The authority to change the grade of occupied positions and to change the class, title, and grade of vacant positions will also rest with the Head of Administrative Affairs of the Presidency.
