CMB approves capital increases for two companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the application of Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for a 105 million lira bonus issue and the application of Şekerbank Türk AŞ for a 640 million lira rights issue.

According to the CMB bulletin, the board approved the debt instrument issuance applications of Smart Güneş Enerjisi Teknolojileri Araştırma Geliştirme Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 250 million lira, Akdeniz Faktoring AŞ for 200 million lira, and Türkiye Halk Bankası AŞ for 60 billion lira.
The board approved the application of Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for a 105 million lira bonus issue and the application of Şekerbank Türk AŞ for a 640 million lira rights issue.
Additionally, the issuance of lease certificates based on management agreements by Nurol Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion lira and Emlak Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 3 billion lira was approved.
The CMB responded positively to the request for the establishment of the RE-PIE Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Vole Venture Capital Investment Fund and the approval of the issuance certificate for its participation shares, as well as the request for the establishment of the BV Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Equity Umbrella Fund.
CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FINES
Following an investigation into transactions in the Kristal Kola ve Meşrubat Sanayi Ticaret AŞ (KRSTL) share market, the CMB imposed administrative fines totaling 24 million 885 thousand 717 lira and 34 kuruş on 17 individuals. Furthermore, following an investigation into transactions in the Kaplamin Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (KAPLM) share market, it imposed administrative fines totaling 31 million 165 thousand 381 lira and 56 kuruş on 4 individuals. The CMB also decided to file criminal complaints against 29 individuals and 21 separate website content providers as a result of investigations conducted under the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and related legislation.
The board decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings to block access to 29 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
