'Contribution to production' payments for farmers to be deposited in February
A total payment of 2,492,767,000 TL was made to contribute to the production of farmers operating in different fields. The date for the payments has been clarified.

The amount and scope of the support provided to farmers were announced last week.
Accordingly, the following support payments were made by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry:
- For Cereals-Legumes and Grain Corn: 2 billion 419 million 929 thousand TL
- For Animal Disease Compensation: 40 million 826 thousand 110 TL
- For Animal Genetic Resources: 26 million 938 thousand 110 TL
- For Rural Development Investment: 3 million 771 thousand 131 TL
- For Certified Seed Production: 1 million 302 thousand 649 TL
Following these supports, farmers are wondering when the new support payments will be made. Since the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry generally makes support payments on Fridays, it seems likely that new payments will be made this Friday or next Friday.
