The statements in the Official Gazette are as follows:
Israel, under the Netanyahu administration, known for its occupation and cruelty and which does not hesitate to disregard all decisions of international courts, continues to target civilian residential areas.
Despite the International Court of Justice's decision to halt operations, the brutality of the Zionists continues before the eyes of the entire world.
The policies of oppression and persecution that Israel, doomed to remain alone against the front of humanity, applies to Gazans are making all of Palestine unlivable.
The occupying Israeli administration has shed the blood of hundreds of innocents by bombing even the tents of our Gazan brothers and sisters in Rafah, which was designated as a safe zone, with incendiary weapons.
Netanyahu and his gang, who disregard international treaties and rules of law, are recklessly displaying a racism unparalleled in the world with these murders.
Israel's actions, which have committed the most disgraceful example of crimes against humanity with the latest Rafah attack, are turning into a genocide, going beyond the practices of an apartheid regime.
Not remaining silent in the face of these massacres and crimes against humanity is the duty of every individual and every country that values human rights.
Just as the front of humanity, led by conscientious and fair peoples, condemns the Holocaust, today it also condemns these massacres carried out by the Zionist gang against Gazans while hiding behind the Holocaust, and condemns the Israeli administration.
We once again condemn the massacres that target civilians by disregarding international law.
The Republic of Türkiye, with all its institutions, speaks with one voice and clearly declares its stance in the international community regarding the need to stop Israel and ensure a ceasefire. The heart of our nation is also with the innocent people of Gaza.
We will never forget the images coming from Rafah and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the perpetrators of the massacre are brought to justice. Netanyahu and his gang will be held accountable for their actions before international courts, just as they have been condemned in the conscience of humanity.
As the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM), we call out to all the nations and parliaments of the world to stop Israel.
The international community and states must continue to take fair and necessary steps, such as the recognition of Palestine, and the Israeli administration must be completely isolated.
The main goal is to ensure that the Palestinian people attain a life worthy of human dignity. For this reason, action must first be taken to stop the massacres immediately.
As the TBMM, together with all our relevant institutions, we will continue to carefully follow the legal process and provide support to Palestine in the international community. The perpetrators of the latest Rafah attacks will not go unpunished.
On this occasion, we invite the UN Security Council to convene urgently and take a decision for Israel to end its attacks. Respecting human dignity and international law, the safety of innocent people must be ensured immediately.
The matter of voting for and adopting this declaration and publishing the decision in the Official Gazette was accepted at the 88th session of the General Assembly on 29.05.2024.
