According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, Basri Bağcı was elected as Deputy President of the Constitutional Court in the election held on April 16, in accordance with Article 146 of the Constitution and Article 12 of Law No. 6216 on the Establishment and Trial Procedures of the Constitutional Court.
