The General Directorate of TCDD Transportation has announced that it will fully transition to an e-ticket system for train travel starting September 1. The institution stated that with the new system, which will be implemented as part of e-document transformation efforts, passengers will be able to access their tickets digitally.

According to the statement, after purchasing their tickets, passengers will be able to access their e-tickets by clicking the link in the PDF document included in the “Travel Information” email sent to them.

In a post shared on TCDD Transportation’s social media account, it was stated that the application will make tickets digital, secure, and accessible at any time.

Get your ticket, open your ‘Travel Information’ email, click the link in the PDF document, and easily access your e-ticket. Our goal is less paper usage, easy access, secure document management, and a stronger digital infrastructure.
