AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's appointment decisions, which involve new changes in the bureaucracy, have been published in the Official Gazette. The decision includes new appointments to certain ministries and institutions, as well as the dismissal of some individuals.
According to the decision, new appointments were made to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Ministry of National Education, and the Presidency of Religious Affairs.
According to the decision, some senior officials were dismissed in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, which are among the ministries where new appointments were made.
MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE
In the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Deputy Heads of the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) Orhan Yüce and Ömer Faruk Karabayır were dismissed. Celalettin Alkan was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Spatial Planning. Çiğdem Konca, an assistant inspector who succeeded in the proficiency exam, was appointed to the vacant inspector position in the ministry.
MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM
In the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, İbrahim Erkan Keleş, the 1st Legal Counsel of the General Directorate of State Theaters, was dismissed. Sükun Işıtan was appointed as Deputy General Manager of the General Directorate of State Theaters, and Enver Merallı was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Fine Arts.
The Provincial Directors of Culture and Tourism for Eskişehir, Karaman, Rize, and Mersin, namely Şennur Azade, Burhan Yemiş, Esra Alemdaroğlu, and Cengiz Ekici, were dismissed from their posts.
Elif Belkıs Baştürk, the Mardin Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism, was appointed as the Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism in Niğde; Adnan İpekdal, the Samsun Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism, was appointed in Rize; Bülent Avnamak in Eskişehir; Murat Pekergin in Karaman; Ayhan Gök in Mardin; and Kemal Soytürk in Edirne.
MINISTRY OF LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY
In the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Deputy General Manager of Legal Services Cumhur Sarıakçalı and Deputy General Manager of Occupational Health and Safety Levent Kenan Kibar were dismissed. Eylül Aydın Kutlu was appointed to the vacant position of Deputy General Manager of Occupational Health and Safety in the ministry, while Strategy Development Head Şeyda Kutsi was dismissed.
MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
In the Ministry of National Defense, Cengiz Karaman became the Deputy General Manager of Military Health Services, Filiz Toprak Aydın became the Deputy General Manager of Legal Services, and Muhammed Mahmud Ötegen became the Deputy General Manager of Logistics.
Sadık Erbay was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Personnel, and Cihan Kara was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Shipyards.
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY
In the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Cengiz Budan and Uğur Erdem were appointed as Deputy General Managers of Plant Production.
Emre Gürçay was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Livestock, and Seyfullah Arslantürk was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Personnel.

NATIONAL EDUCATION, TRANSPORT MINISTRY AND RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS APPOINTMENTS
In the Ministry of National Education, Mustafa Muharrem Tüfekci was appointed as a member of the Board of Education and Discipline, and Ahmet Taşan was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Social Assistance in the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
In the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Gökhan Macit was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Highways, and Bülent Sönmez was appointed as the Head of the National Maritime Safety Administration.
Nurettin Muhtar Acar was appointed as a member of the High Board of Religious Affairs of the Presidency of Religious Affairs.
