Fahrettin Koca said that the workers to be hired will support every area of hospital operations. The positions to be announced will include essential roles such as security guards, cleaning staff, clinical support personnel, and patient reception and guidance staff. However, it is not limited to this; recruitments specific to the health sector, such as nurses, midwives, health technicians, and health technologists, will also be made.

The recruitment process will be carried out through İŞKUR. A particularly notable point is that candidates will not be subject to any interviews for these recruitments. Applications will be processed according to a lottery system, including for primary school graduates.
