Fee schedules for civil proceedings published in the Official Gazette
The communiqués regarding the Expense Advance Tariff, Arbitrator Fee Tariff, and Witness Fee Tariff for proceedings under the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 have been published in the Official Gazette.

According to the expense advance tariff, the amount of the expense advance that must be deposited into the court treasury when filing a lawsuit has been set for the plaintiff as the sum of the notification fee for five times the number of parties, plus 400 liras for other tasks and procedures.
Under the communiqué, the unused portion of the expense advance will be returned to the plaintiff after the judgment becomes final.
The unused portion of the expense advance collected for temporary legal protection requests will be returned upon request after the decision is rendered.
ARBITRATOR FEES DETERMINED
In cases and matters heard through arbitration under the Code of Civil Procedure, in cases where the parties cannot reach an agreement on the determination of fees with the arbitrator or arbitral tribunal, or where there is no provision in the arbitration agreement, or where the parties have not referred to established rules or institutional arbitration rules on this matter, a fee of 5 percent for a sole arbitrator and 8 percent for 3 or more arbitrators will be paid for disputes up to 500 thousand liras.
This fee will be applied at 4 percent for a sole arbitrator and 7 percent for 3 or more arbitrators for the 500 thousand liras following the first 500 thousand. For disputes with a subject matter of 10 million liras and above, the fee will be 0.1 percent for a sole arbitrator and 0.2 percent if there are 3 or more arbitrators.
The right to the arbitrator fee is earned upon the conclusion of the arbitration proceedings. In disputes involving more than one arbitrator, the fee will be divided among the arbitrators.
100 TO 150 LIRA FEE FOR WITNESSES
In civil proceedings, witnesses will be paid a fee between 100 and 150 liras, proportional to the time they have lost.
If a witness is required to travel to be present, their accommodation and sustenance expenses will also be covered.
The fees and expenses paid to witnesses will not be subject to any taxes, duties, or charges.
