WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MARRIAGE LOAN?

The requirements that candidates applying for the interest-free marriage loan must meet are as follows:

Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey and residing in Turkey,

Being between the ages of 18 and 29,

Not owning any real estate,

Having an income level below the determined limit,

Having at least 2 and at most 6 months remaining until the official marriage date,

Committing to participate in pre- and post-marriage training programs,

Not having been convicted of crimes against the security of the state or the constitutional order.

WHEN WILL THE INTEREST-FREE LOAN PAYMENTS BE MADE?

It will be necessary to report the marriage within 30 days from the marriage date specified during the application. After the notification is made, the loan amount will be deposited into the Bank account on the first business day following the 20th of the month after the date the marriage took place.

BIRTH GRANT AMOUNT INCREASED

President Erdoğan announced that an increase has been made to birth grant amounts. According to the new regulation:

1,500 TL per month for the second child,
