HOW AND WHERE TO APPLY FOR TİGEM 306 WORKER RECRUITMENT?
A total of 306 temporary seasonal workers will be hired to be assigned to the Enterprise Directorates affiliated with the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises.
Applications for TİGEM temporary worker recruitment will be accepted between April 2 and April 7, 2025.
Candidates will be able to submit their applications through the official website of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) (https://esube.iskur.gov.tr). Applications made in person, by mail, or via e-mail will not be considered.
Each candidate will be able to apply for only one workplace and one profession from among the enterprises listed on the İŞKUR website.
WHAT ARE THE GENERAL CONDITIONS?
1. To be a Turkish citizen, without prejudice to the provisions regarding the freedom of Turkish-origin foreigners to practice their professions and arts in Turkey and to work in the public or private sector under Law No. 2527.
2. To have completed the age of 18 and not to have exceeded the age of 40 as of the last day of the application.
3. Not to have been convicted of crimes against the security of the state, the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, national defense, state secrets and espionage, even if pardoned; nor for crimes such as sexual assault, child sexual abuse, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, rigging a tender, rigging the performance of an act, laundering assets derived from crime, or smuggling.
4. For the security investigation and archive research conducted under Law No. 7315 to result positively.
5. Not to be deprived of public rights.
6. Not to have been dismissed from any public institution or organization due to disciplinary action.
7. For male candidates, to have completed military service, to have deferred it, or to be exempt.
8. Not to be receiving a retirement, old-age, or disability pension from social security institutions.
9. To have graduated from the specified education level as of the application deadline.
10. Candidates are required to reside in the province or district where the workplace they are applying to is located.
11. The lottery, oral interview, practical exam, and all other announcements will be published on TİGEM's official website (https://tigem.gov.tr/). These announcements constitute official notification, and no separate written notification will be sent to candidates.
12. The employment contracts of candidates who are found to have provided false or misleading information during the application process, or who are later understood not to meet the application requirements, will be canceled at any stage of the announcement process.
13. The provisions of the relevant legislation and regulations will be taken as a basis for other matters.
14. Not to have any health problems that would prevent the continuous performance of their duties.
15. Candidates are required to submit a Criminal Record Certificate obtained on or after April 7, 2025. (The document obtained for public institutions must include criminal record and archive record information; printouts obtained via e-Devlet will be accepted.)
16. Candidates who are successful in the interview will be deemed to have accepted working on night shifts and in difficult agricultural conditions, taking on heavy and dangerous work, and working in all kinds of climatic conditions, and must document that they do not have any allergic conditions with a health board report obtained from a full-fledged hospital. They also undertake to perform other duties determined by the administration.
17. Candidates who are entitled to take the oral interview or practical exam but do not attend the exam on the announced dates will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the exam.
18. In place of candidates who are found not to meet the requirements for appointment, or who do not submit their documents within the specified time despite being determined as principal candidates as a result of the notary lottery, or who do not apply, or who do not start work despite their application being approved, or who are later understood not to meet the appointment requirements, appointments will be made from candidates on the reserve list who meet the necessary conditions. (Candidates who cannot start work due to birth, illness, or mandatory circumstances will be excluded from this scope, provided they document their situation.)
