When is the Land Registry and Cadastre personnel recruitment? What are the application requirements for the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre personnel recruitment?

The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre will recruit 900 contract personnel. The distribution of positions for the recruitment has been announced. Candidates who wish to apply will not be able to apply in person, by cargo, or by mail; applications will only be made via e-Government. So, when will the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM) personnel recruitment begin, and what are the application requirements?

APPLICATION DATES FOR THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF LAND REGISTRY AND CADASTRE 900 PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT

Applications will be made from 19.03.2025 until 23:59 on 28.03.2025 via e-Government through the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre - Career Gate - Public Recruitment or the Career Gate (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Applications made in person, by cargo, or by mail will not be accepted.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF LAND REGISTRY AND CADASTRE 900 PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT

1) To meet the conditions specified in sub-clauses (1), (4), (5), (6), and (7) of clause (A) of the first paragraph of Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.

2) Not to be currently employed as contract personnel in public institutions and organizations in the same title as the position being applied for.

3) To comply with the provision in Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657: "Those employed in this manner cannot be employed in contract personnel positions of institutions until one year has passed from the date of termination if their contracts are terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract, or if they terminate the contract unilaterally except for exceptions determined by Presidential decree, or in case they do not renew the contract."

4) Candidates will be able to apply for only one title. Applications from those who apply for more than one position, or applications that are not made in accordance with the procedure or within the specified time, will not be accepted. Candidates are responsible for ensuring that the application is made accurately and completely, in accordance with the conditions specified in this announcement, and that the necessary documents are uploaded to the system.

5) Applications from personnel working as permanent or contract staff in the central and provincial organization of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre who apply for the same or equivalent positions as their own will not be accepted, and even if they are placed, their appointments will not be made.

6) Candidates who are entitled to be appointed will not be able to request a transfer to another location for 4 years, in accordance with the provision in paragraph (B) of Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657: "Contract personnel employed in this manner who have completed three years in the same institution shall be appointed to civil servant positions with the same title in their current location if they apply within thirty days from the end of this period. If there is no civil servant position with the same title as their current position, the position to be appointed is determined by the President. These personnel cannot be appointed to another place for three years, except for exceptions such as health and life safety. Those appointed to civil servant positions must serve in the same place for at least one more year."
