Ministry of Health to hire permanent workers! Here are the positions and dates

The Ministry of Health continues its personnel recruitment in line with new investments and increasing healthcare service capacity. In this context, the Ministry has pressed the button for the recruitment of permanent workers, in addition to doctors, nurses, and patient caregivers.

2,764 PEOPLE WILL BE EMPLOYED

According to the published announcement, a total of 2,764 people will be hired to be employed in the provincial organizations of the Ministry of Health. The recruitment will be carried out in different provinces according to the required branches.

HOW WILL APPLICATIONS BE MADE?

Candidates will be able to submit their applications electronically between October 8, 2025, and October 13, 2025. Applications will only be made through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) website at esube.iskur.gov.tr.

The announcement can also be accessed from the websites of the Ministry of Health General Directorate of Management Services (yhgm.saglik.gov.tr) and the Presidency of Strategy and Budget (kamuilan.sbb.gov.tr).

WHICH POSITIONS WILL BE HIRED?

In order to meet its personnel needs, the Ministry of Health will hire for the positions of Clinical Support Staff (Hospital), Security Guard (Unarmed), and Cleaning Staff. For applications, the residential addresses of the candidates in the Address-Based Population Registration System will be taken as the basis.

QUOTA DISTRIBUTION

Cleaning Staff: 1,948 people

Security Guard (Unarmed): 572 people

Clinical Support Staff (Hospital): 244 people
