APPLICATION DATES FOR THE MINISTRY OF TREASURY AND FINANCE 250 TAX INSPECTOR RECRUITMENT
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance will start the application process for tax inspector recruitment on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 08:30 and will end it on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 17:30.
Candidates will make their entrance exam applications electronically via the official website of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance (https://www.hmb.gov.tr).
Of the 250 assistant tax inspectors to be recruited, 200 will be selected from among graduates of faculties of law, political sciences, economics, business administration, and economics and administrative sciences; 50 will be selected from among candidates who are graduates of engineering faculty departments.
WHAT ARE THE TAX INSPECTOR RECRUITMENT EXAM DATES?
The entrance exam for graduates of faculties of law, political sciences, economics, business administration, and economics and administrative sciences will be held in Ankara on May 10-11, 2025 (Saturday and Sunday). The exam will be in the classical format and will be held in four sessions in total, in the morning and afternoon each day.
HOW WILL THE EXAM BE CONDUCTED? WHAT ARE THE SUBJECTS?
The Assistant Tax Inspector Entrance Exam will be held in two stages, written and oral. The exam subjects for graduates of faculties of law, political sciences, economics, business administration, and economics and administrative sciences will be organized in four sessions as follows:
Law: Constitutional Law, Basic Principles of Administrative Law and Administrative Judiciary, Criminal Law and Basic Principles of Criminal Procedure, Civil Law (excluding Family Law and Inheritance Law), Law of Obligations, Commercial Law (excluding Maritime Trade and Insurance Law).
Accounting: General Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, Analysis of Financial Statements.
Finance: Finance Theory and Policy, Tax Theory and Turkish Tax System, Public Finance.
Economics: Micro and Macro Economics, History of Economic Thought, Monetary Theory and Policy, Turkish Economy, International Economics and Economic Organizations.
The exam subjects for graduates of industrial engineering, electrical-electronics engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, information systems engineering, physics engineering, chemistry engineering, business engineering, and mathematics engineering are organized in a single session as follows:
Physics I, Physics II, Mathematics I, Mathematics II, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Probability and Statistics, Numerical Analysis, Chemistry I, Chemistry II, Basic Computer Sciences, Problem Solving and Algorithms.
