New era for health reports from the SSI: Home service begins
The Social Security Institution (SSI) is increasing health report payments to 70 billion TL in 2025 and is introducing a home-based reporting service for bedridden patients.

The SSI is implementing a significant increase in health report payments as of 2025. Report payments, which were 33.7 billion TL last year, will be raised to 70 billion TL this year. This increase directly affects millions of employees, relatives of patients, and individuals with disabilities.
The Ombudsman Institution (KDK) has made an important decision regarding bedridden patients. According to this decision, health boards will be able to conduct evaluations and issue disability health board reports for patients in private hospitals or those unable to leave their homes at their current locations. Thus, patients will be able to obtain the necessary reports where they are without having to go to health institutions.
REPORT PREPARATION PROCESS
While board reports are generally prepared within an average of 3 days, the preparation of disability reports can sometimes take up to 15 days. However, the 'E-Signed Disability Health Board Report Inquiry' service offered via E-Devlet allows citizens to easily track the status of their reports.
