Üsküdar Municipality has implemented a new practice to ensure that residents aged 65 and over can access municipal services more quickly.
According to the statement made by the municipality, Üsküdar residents aged 65 and over who call the Super Service Unit will be connected to citizen representatives on a priority basis without waiting on the line.
With this practice, it is aimed to eliminate waiting times, especially for applications made over the phone, and to make it easier for elderly citizens to convey their requests and suggestions regarding the municipality.
It was stated that applications transferred to citizen representatives will be directed to the relevant directorates and units, thereby aiming to speed up the processes.
Üsküdar Municipality announced that the practice was launched with the understanding that "we give priority in service to our elders who add value to life."
