Privatization decisions published in the Official Gazette

The Privatization Administration has approved the sale of two properties belonging to Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. located in Bursa and Erzincan.

The property in Bursa was purchased by Uludağ Rulman Katı Yakıtlar Madencilik Otomotiv Makina İnşaat Yapı Malzemeleri Turizm Sanayi Ticaret ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi, while the property in Erzincan was purchased by S.S. Erzincan Pancar Ekicileri Kooperatifi.

The sale prices, locations, and surface areas of the two sold properties were published in the Official Gazette as follows:

PRIVATIZATION DECISION IN BURSA

The decision dated 24.04.2023 was approved for the sale of the property registered to Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş., located in the Kulaca neighborhood, block 118, parcel 64 in the İnegöl district of Bursa, which is within the scope and program of ownership privatization, to Uludağ Rulman Katı Yakıtlar Madencilik Otomotiv Makina İnşaat Yapı Malzemeleri Turizm Sanayi Ticaret ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi, which submitted the highest bid in the privatization tender via the sale method, for a price of 6,750,000 TL.

PRIVATIZATION IN ERZİNCAN

Approval was granted for the sale of the property registered to Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş., located in the Atatürk neighborhood, block 65, parcel 39 in the Çayırlı district of Erzincan, which is within the scope and program of ownership privatization, to S.S. Erzincan Pancar Ekicileri Kooperatifi, which submitted the highest bid of 4,775,000 TL in the privatization tender conducted via the sale method.
