Regulation on Judge and Prosecutor Assistantship Published in the Official Gazette

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated, "The Regulation on Judge and Prosecutor Assistantship, for which we have completed the work regarding the Judge and Prosecutor Assistantship institution that we implemented to provide judicial services to our citizens more effectively and efficiently, has been published in the Official Gazette.

Our judge and prosecutor assistants will receive 1 year of training at the Justice Academy before being accepted into the profession and will serve alongside our experienced judges and prosecutors for 2 years in a master-apprentice relationship.

In this way, our judges and prosecutors will take the bench better equipped and stronger.
