Retiree bonus approved in Parliament
The omnibus bill containing economic regulations, including the provision of a 5,000 lira bonus to working retirees, has been approved by the General Assembly of the Parliament.

The omnibus bill, which includes the provision of 5,000 lira to working retirees and other economic regulations, has been approved by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) General Assembly and has become law.
With this regulation, the bonus will be deposited for 4 million 680 thousand working retirees.
STATEMENT FROM MINISTER IŞIKHAN
Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan shared the following on the X platform:
"The bill on economic regulations, which includes the provision of 5,000 lira to our working retirees, has been approved by the TBMM General Assembly and has become law.
Payments will be deposited into our retirees' bank accounts as soon as possible after the relevant law is published in the Official Gazette.
As we have done until today, we will continue to support our retirees from now on.
May it be auspicious and beneficial for our valued retirees."
