Retirees under the SSK, Bağ-Kur, and Emekli Sandığı systems receive a holiday bonus twice a year. These payments, which are deposited into accounts before the Ramadan and Eid al-Adha holidays, cover approximately 16.5 million retirees. According to the statement made by the Social Security Institution (SGK), the 2025 Ramadan holiday bonus will be paid between March 24 and 28. However, the payments were deposited as 3,000 TL instead of the expected increased amount. REGULATION APPROVED

The regulation to increase the retiree holiday bonus from 3,000 TL to 4,000 TL has been approved by the TBMM General Assembly.

Once the retiree bonus increase is published in the Official Gazette, the 1,000 TL difference payment will be deposited into retiree accounts as soon as possible.

RETIREE HOLIDAY BONUS IS BEING PAID!

The payment schedule for the retiree holiday bonus has been announced by the Social Security Institution (SGK).

Accordingly, the Ramadan holiday bonus began to be paid as of March 24, 2025.

RETIREE HOLIDAY BONUS PAYMENT SCHEDULE

According to the statement made by the SGK, payments will be made on the following dates:

- On March 24 for those born on the 17th, 18th, and 19th,

- On March 25 for those born on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd,

- On March 26 for those born on the 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th,

- On March 27 for those receiving a pension under the Bağ-Kur (4b) scope,

- On March 28 for those receiving a pension under the Emekli Sandığı (4c) scope, along with their April monthly payments,

the holiday bonus in the amount of 3,000 TL will be deposited into accounts.
