EASY INQUIRY VIA E-DEVLET
What citizens need to do is quite simple:
Takasbank Search: When "Takasbank" is typed into the search section of e-Devlet, payments such as refunds, investment funds, or pensions registered to individuals can be viewed. However, withdrawing amounts originating from private pensions may result in the cancellation of the pension plan.
Personal Payments Search: When "Şahıs ödemeleri" (Personal payments) is typed into the search section, money sent by any institution or person that has not reached the citizen is listed. These amounts can be transferred to a bank account or requested and withdrawn via PTT.
The video also emphasized that if the amounts seen under private pension are withdrawn, the existing pension plan will be terminated. Therefore, it was reminded that users should be careful before taking action.
As this method spreads rapidly on social media, experts underline that one should not make hasty decisions, especially regarding private pensions.
