The Supreme Election Council (YSK) Presidency will recruit 6 contract IT personnel to be employed in its central organization. Placement will be carried out according to the success ranking of the oral exam.
The positions to be filled consist of PostgreSQL Database Team Leader, Senior Java Software Specialist, Senior PostgreSQL Database Specialist, Senior Cyber Security Specialist, Network Specialist, and System Specialist. One person will be hired for each position.

APPLICATION CALENDAR AND EVALUATION
Applications will begin on September 18, 2026, at 10:00 and end on September 29, 2026, at 23:59. Candidates will submit their applications electronically via the e-Government "Supreme Election Council-Career Gate Public Recruitment" service or the Career Gate website. Applications made in person, by mail, or through other methods will not be accepted.
Candidates will be able to make a maximum of two preferences from the announced positions. In the evaluation, the candidates' first preferences will be taken into account primarily; if the conditions are met, ranking may also be made based on second preferences.
General application requirements include meeting the conditions set forth in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, graduating from the four-year undergraduate departments specified in the announcement, having 3, 5, or 7 years of professional experience depending on the position, and documenting knowledge of at least two current programming languages.
Following the review of applications, candidates who meet the general and special conditions will be ranked based on 70% of their 2024 or 2025 KPSSP3 score and 30% of their English foreign language score. Candidates without a KPSS score will be considered to have a KPSS score of 70, and candidates who do not submit a foreign language certificate will be considered to have a foreign language score of 0.
For each position, 10 times the number of candidates will be called for the oral exam, starting from the highest score. The oral exam will be evaluated out of 100 full points, and candidates who score 70 or above will be considered successful.
The oral exam will be held at the YSK Presidency's central organization campus located at Kızılay Mahallesi Ihlamur Caddesi No:4 Sıhhiye-Çankaya/Ankara. The exam date and the list of candidates eligible to take the exam will be announced on the official YSK website; candidates will also be able to follow the process via the Career Gate.
The gross contract salary ceiling determined for the period of July 1-December 31, 2026, within the scope of the announcement was announced as 76 thousand 873 Turkish Lira and 55 kuruş. Payments according to positions will be determined by taking into account the multiples of this ceiling specified in the table; the Presidency may issue contracts below the ceiling salary.
