Adana Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeydan Karalar stated that their goal is to provide some relief to the most vulnerable retirees with very low pensions and to offer support before the new year.

NEW YEAR'S SUPPORT FOR 7 THOUSAND RETIREES

Explaining that 400 thousand retirees live in Adana and that they will therefore provide support to the 7 thousand most vulnerable retirees, Mayor Zeydan Karalar stated that they hope to complete this before the new year.

Mayor Zeydan Karalar said they would act in accordance with the municipality's social assistance regulations and announced the application requirements.

WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS?

-Being a retiree and not working anywhere

-No other working individuals or retirees in the household

-No home or car owned by people living in the household

-No income-generating earnings other than retirement

-No movable or immovable property title deed registration

Citizens who wish to benefit from the support can make their applications at the relevant units located on the ground floor of the glass building at the Adana Metropolitan Municipality.
