Samsung has released the stable version of One UI 7 for its flagship Galaxy models from 2024 and earlier. This update includes many new features for those who want to further personalize their phone experience. Here are the important settings you should check with this update:

With One UI 7, the notification panel and quick settings can now be accessed separately. You can reach quick settings from the top right corner and notifications from the top left corner. If you want to return to the old layout, you can expand the quick settings menu, tap the pencil icon in the top right, and select the 'Total' option in the 'Panel Settings' section.

The app drawer has also returned with a vertical scrolling feature. To list your apps alphabetically, you can open the drawer, click the three dots next to the search bar, and select the 'Alphabetical' option.

Good Lock modules have gained new features with One UI 7. Thanks to the Home Up module, you can move icons and widgets anywhere on the screen and customize animation settings. Now Bar shows contextual notifications from selected apps on the lock screen and status bar. To enable this feature, you can follow the path Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Now Bar.

The feature to add mini widgets to the lock screen also comes with the update. By long-pressing on the lock screen and entering your password, you can select up to two small widgets with the 'Add widget' option. You can also adjust the size and style of the clock widget by tapping on it.

Finally, the camera app has been enriched with customizable filters. You can create separate filters for the front and rear cameras by having full control over color temperature, contrast, saturation, and grain amount. These features allow you to make your photo shoots even more personal.
