Apple extends agreement with Qualcomm for 5G modems until 2027

Apple plans to have its self-developed 5G modem ready by an estimated 2026. However, to avoid uncertainties regarding the delivery of a reliable product during this period, the new agreement with Qualcomm will remain in effect until March 2027. During this time, Apple will continue to use Qualcomm's 5G modem technology.
