Apple is developing a more affordable model instead of 'Vision Pro 2'

Apple introduced its mixed reality headset, which it named Vision Pro, and it made a big splash. However, although the device was appreciated in some aspects, it was criticized for not offering anything new in general, and some long-term users even returned the device. The development of a new version for the Vision Pro, which also faced complaints about head and neck pain, seems to have stalled for the time being. 

APPLE WANTS TO DEVELOP A MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE VISION PRO

Reportedly, while Apple has paused the development of the Vision Pro 2 for now, it has decided to focus on a more affordable version. 

It was previously stated that in addition to an affordable Vision Pro alternative, Apple was working on 4 different devices. According to new claims, the more affordable version of the 3,500 dollar Vision Pro will be much more budget-friendly. The device, which will also have its costs reduced, is planned to be more affordable in this way.

According to claims based on a report that appeared via Digitimes in recent months, the affordable version is not expected to appear before 2025. It is suggested that it will be 50 percent cheaper than the 3,500 dollar price tag of the introduced Vision Pro.

According to price estimates, the new affordable Vision Pro will be around 1,600 dollars.
