Türk Telekom (TTKOM) subsidiary Argela and Azercell have signed a cooperation agreement, through which Azercell will integrate Argela's next-generation Network and Customer Assurance products into its system.
Under the agreement, Azercell aims to maximize customer experience with Argela's Network Customer Assurance (NCA) platform, which it will integrate into its systems.
The NCA system incorporates Real-Time Monitoring (RTM), Service Quality Monitoring (SQM), and Customer Experience Management (CEM) platforms. With its structure based on big data analytics, the system allows network operators to gain end-to-end visibility over their networks and services.
The system also offers real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for voice and data services, including all popular OTT applications and video streaming services, while also providing important data regarding each subscriber's service experience.
Türk Telekom CEO Ümit Önal stated that the solutions developed by their subsidiary Argela, which conducts significant R&D work, are used in both regional and global markets, adding: "In this context, I find the cooperation we have realized with Azerbaijan's leading operator, Azercell, to be very valuable. We will continue to provide added value to our country by producing technology."
