It has been stated that there are worldwide issues with the services of WhatsApp, the messaging application owned by Meta, which also houses platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.

In a statement made on social media, Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Ömer Fatih Sayan said, "A global service outage in WhatsApp services has been reported by our National Cyber Incident Response Center @TRCert. Our teams are monitoring the process.
Our citizens can continue uninterrupted communication using our domestic and national applications. Messages cannot be sent, and access to the web application is also not possible."
