Samsung announced on its support page that 2023 model Samsung televisions will not include the Google Assistant feature.
Furthermore, it stated that the following models will be affected:
2022 models
2021 models
8K and 4K QLED models released in 2020
Crystal UHD models released in 2020
Lifestyle models released in 2020 (The Frame, The Serif, The Terrace, and The Sero)
Samsung stated that it is implementing this change due to a modification in Google's policies. Google Assistant, which was added to Samsung televisions in 2020, will be removed from every model due to this change.
BIXBY OR ALEXA MAY BE A SOLUTION
Samsung recommends that users turn to alternative assistants. Solutions such as Bixby or Alexa are among the alternatives considered for those who have become accustomed to using Google Assistant. However, for users who frequently use or are accustomed to Google Assistant, other assistants may not be satisfactory.
