Below this warning, there is a message stating, "Google is improving its sign-in page to give it a more modern look and feel." As of now, this new modern look has begun to reach users.
The new sign-in page has a more modern appearance compared to the old design. The email address field and related buttons will now be located in a horizontal rectangular area with rounded corners.
