Alper Gezeravcı's space journey as part of the Ax-3 mission was an event followed with great interest. Having officially made history as an astronaut by crossing the 100-kilometer space boundary, Gezeravcı is expected to dock with the space station.

When the Dragon capsule reaches the International Space Station (ISS), the astronauts will join the ISS crew to conduct scientific research and carry out various tasks during their time in space.

Gezeravcı's space journey as part of the Ax-3 mission was designed to fulfill various scientific missions at the International Space Station over 14 days. However, the exact return date is not clearly fixed, as it depends on the requirements of the scientific missions during the time spent in space.

HOW WILL HE RETURN?

Those who go to space return using the same spacecraft used for their space journey. The spacecraft is propelled by a rocket to be launched into Earth's orbit. The rocket accelerates the spacecraft to a speed high enough to escape Earth's gravity.

Once in Earth's orbit, the spacecraft is prepared for the return to Earth by the astronauts. This process involves adjusting the orientation and speed of the spacecraft. The spacecraft enters the atmosphere and descends toward Earth. The atmosphere reduces the speed of the spacecraft and ultimately ensures its safe return to Earth.

The spacecraft deploys a parachute before hitting the ground. This parachute helps the spacecraft land properly. After the spacecraft lands, the astronauts exit the cockpit and return safely to Earth.

Astronauts who went to the Moon returned using a spacecraft called the Lunar Module. The Lunar Module is a spacecraft specifically designed for astronauts to land on the Moon's surface and return to the command module. After departing the Moon's surface, the Lunar Module was left in lunar orbit, and the astronauts returned safely to Earth using the command module.
