Huawei is back! Major surge in smartphone sales

According to a newly released report, the best-selling brands in China in the last quarter of 2023 have been identified. According to this report published by Canalys, there were a total of 73.9 million units sold in the last quarter of 2023. While Apple ranked first with 17.5 million units, Honor followed in second place with 11.7 million units. Vivo was seen in third place with 11.3 million units, while Huawei was in fourth place with 10.4 million units.
SMARTPHONE SALES IN CHINA IN 2023
Huawei had sold 7.1 million units in the same period of the previous year. Compared to the company, which is one of the brands that increased its sales the most on the list, Apple increased its sales by just under 1 million units. Honor and Vivo, on the other hand, saw a decline.
On the other hand, this published report shows that Apple is at the top in China for the first time.
For the entirety of 2023, Apple again takes the lead. There were 272.5 million sales throughout the year. While Apple ranked first with 51.8 million, it was followed by Vivo in second place with 44.5 million, Oppo in third place with 43.9 million, and Honor in fourth place with 43.6 million. In fifth place is Xiaomi with 35.6 million.
