During holiday periods, digital solutions are becoming increasingly attractive for both companies and employees. Emrah Gövenç, Deputy General Manager of Sales and Business Development at the fintech company Momento, stated that the demand for the gift voucher system known as 'Digital Provisions' (Dijital Erzak) has increased significantly ahead of Eid al-Adha. Gövenç said, "We have observed a 68 percent increase in demand compared to last year. We believe this interest will continue to grow as the advantages offered by Digital Provisions are adopted by wider audiences."
The Digital Provisions application allows companies to distribute holiday support through digital platforms. In this way, while operational burdens are reduced, these aids, which are considered as in-kind assistance, provide a cost advantage of up to 45 percent. Gövenç stated that this system offers a flexible and user-friendly alternative by making it easier for employees to make choices according to their needs. With digital codes defined through the Momento portal, employees can shop across a wide range of categories, from food to clothing, and from personal care products to electronics.
Momento aims to expand shopping freedom to more locations by broadening its brand collaborations. As a result, the popularity of digital holiday gifts is expected to continue increasing in the coming years.
