Dummy images alleged to be of Apple's new flagship, the iPhone 17 Pro, have surfaced online. Radical changes, particularly in the rear camera section, have caught the attention of social media users. The new model, which is expected to be unveiled at an event Apple will hold in September, has already become the focus of debate.
According to the leaked images, the back of the iPhone 17 Pro features a large, black, edge-to-edge camera module. It did not go unnoticed that the camera section has a design reminiscent of Google Pixel models. On the front surface, there are no significant changes compared to previous models.
In the camera module, the triple camera system is positioned in a triangular shape. The LiDAR sensor and flash are located on the far right of the module. It is thought that this new arrangement may have been made to improve the device's weight balance.
In comments shared on social media, some users criticized the new design by saying it "looks like an Android phone," while others expressed positive views, stating that "moving the flash to the right side is a leap forward." On the other hand, humorous posts such as "iPhone 6 is better than this" and "this could be the only iPhone model that won't sell" also drew attention.
Information also suggests that Apple will use the name "Air" instead of "Plus" for the new model and will make radical changes to the design of the Pro series. All these innovations are expected to be clarified at the official launch in September.
