NASA announces: 'Beer' found in space!

The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has announced that "beer" ingredients have been found within a gas cloud discovered in space.

NASA detected two young protostars named "IRAS 2A" and "IRAS 23385" using the James Webb Space Telescope, which was launched to seek answers to many questions about our universe.

Stating that the two discovered young protostars are floating in a "true chemical cocktail," NASA announced that it found beer ingredients within the gas cloud surrounding the protostars.

According to the report in Patronlar Dünyası, it was determined that molecules of "ethanol," also known as "alcohol," are dense within the gas cloud surrounding the two protostars, as observed by the James Webb Space Telescope.

The "cocktail" found by NASA contains ethyl alcohol (ethanol), acetic acid (vinegar spirit), formic acid (ant acid), methane (an odorless gas), formaldehyde (a toxic gas), and sulfur dioxide. The sulfur dioxide found in the "cocktail" has excited scientists.

Scientists stated that they believe sulfur dioxide played an important role in the formation process of the solar system where our planet is located.

Emphasizing a "process similar to the formation of the solar system," NASA included the following statements in its announcement:

"IRAS 2A is a low-mass protostar, and the process it is undergoing may be similar to the beginning of the solar system. This means that these chemicals found around IRAS 2A could have also been present in the early stages of the solar system's development and may have later been transported to Earth."
