Record number of applications for TEKNOFEST this year
TEKNOFEST, organized under the leadership of the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, has reached a record participation of 1 million 630 thousand contestants this year.

A total of 1 million 630 thousand contestants and 788 thousand 161 teams have applied to the technology competitions of TEKNOFEST 2024, which will be held in Adana this year. Last year, 1 million contestants and 337 thousand 744 teams competed at TEKNOFEST.
Participation in TEKNOFEST was as follows: 20 thousand contestants and 4 thousand 333 teams in 2018, 50 thousand contestants and 17 thousand 373 teams in 2019, 100 thousand contestants and 20 thousand 197 teams in 2020, 200 thousand contestants and 44 thousand 912 teams in 2021, and 600 thousand contestants and 154 thousand 34 teams in 2022.
Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the TEKNOFEST Board of Directors and Chairman of the T3 Foundation Board of Trustees, shared a post on his X account regarding the matter. Bayraktar stated, "TEKNOFEST 2024 is coming to break its own records."
Bayraktar's post is as follows:
