Russia fines Google $42,000!

A court in Russia has fined Google 3.8 million rubles (approximately $42,000) for failing to block access to a video on YouTube.

In the case heard in the Russian capital, Moscow, Google was fined 3.8 million rubles for violating the law by not restricting access to a video on YouTube that contained "methods of surrender" for Russian soldiers. Google has previously received fines for similar reasons, and access to YouTube has been restricted in Russia.
