A new leak has emerged regarding the long-discussed Nintendo Switch 2 version of Diablo 4. According to claims shared by billbil-kun, who is known for leaks in the gaming world, Blizzard plans to bring the game to the new Nintendo console on September 15, 2026.

Date and pricing claims regarding the Switch 2 version of Diablo 4 have surfaced.

This date falls just after BlizzCon 2026, which is expected to be held on September 12-13. The leak suggests that pre-orders could also open on September 12, the day BlizzCon begins.

According to the claim, the version prepared for the Switch 2 will be sold under the name Diablo 4: Age of Hatred Collection. The package will include the base game as well as the Vessel of Hatred and Lord of Hatred expansion packs.

Regarding pricing, it is stated that the package is expected to be listed with a price tag of $69.99 in the US, £62.99 in the UK, and 69.99 euros in Europe.

One of the striking points of the leak concerns the physical version. Accordingly, the boxed Diablo 4 package to be sold for the Nintendo Switch 2 may not contain a game cartridge. It is claimed that Blizzard might put a digital download code in the box instead of a cartridge. In this case, players who purchase the boxed version will also need to download the game over the internet.

Diablo 4 was first released in 2023 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. If the leak proves to be true, the game will have arrived on Nintendo's new console approximately three years after its initial release.

It is not yet clear when the Switch 2 version of the game will be announced. According to the claim, the announcement could be made during Gamescom 2026; however, there is also a possibility that Blizzard might leave the announcement for BlizzCon 2026. So far, no official statement has been made by Blizzard or Nintendo regarding the Switch 2 version of Diablo 4.
