YouTube has changed its colors! Here is the reason behind the giant platform's decision
YouTube has replaced the red color we have been accustomed to for many years with a softer tone. This change was made to prevent screen burn-in and display issues.

YouTube stated that the pure red color it has used since 2017 was causing issues on some devices, such as turning orange and leading to screen burn-in. To resolve these issues, the platform opted for a softer shade of red.
LOGO AND PLAYBACK BAR UPDATED
Not only the logo but also the color of the video playback bar has been changed. After reviewing yellow and orange tones, it was decided that magenta was the most suitable color.
QUICKER TOUCHES IN ANIMATIONS
YouTube has also updated the animations on the platform. The duration of the logo animation has been shortened by 0.2 seconds, aiming for a faster and smoother user experience.
These innovations are seen as part of YouTube's effort to offer a more modern and functional interface. How users will react to these changes will become clear over time.
