Preparing for the 2026 World Cup finals, the Turkey A National Football Team has climbed three spots to rank 22nd in the latest world rankings released by the international football governing body.
With a total of 1599 points, the national team has achieved its best FIFA ranking in the last nine years.
According to FIFA's April data, the top of the rankings has changed. France rose to the top of the list, while Spain dropped to second place. Turkey was last ranked 22nd on May 4, 2017, and has now repeated this success after a long interval.
The new FIFA world rankings will be announced on June 10, 2026.
