“TO MY DEAR FENERBAHÇE FAMILY AND FOOTBALL FAMILY

First of all, I wish everyone a happy new year. Although I feel the sadness of entering the new year away from my family, I sincerely hope that you spend a year full of love, peace, and health with your own families.

In the past daSince the letter I sent in thedays following, your support and thepositive feedbackhave reached me, and I want you to know that knowing you stand behind me and have not left me alone gives megreat strength.I want you to know this. You arefriends in hard times,a glorious fanbase that has proven itself to everyone for years; I am glad you exist...

THROUGHOUT the time I have worn the FENERBAHÇE jersey, I have been at the forefront of every battle and done my best for my club. Sometimes it went well, sometimes poorly.difficultprocesses occurred. But neither I nor you, the great FENERBAHÇE community, have ever bowedour heads, and I have not been, nor will I ever be, a part ofanythingthat would cause us to do so...

You areTo the great Fenerbahçe fans, for standing by me during perhaps the most difficult daysof my life,I thank youinfinitely.Yoursupport keeps me standing tall here. Thank you.

AS ALWAYSAS EVERYONE KNOWS AS WELL, THE FENERBAHÇE COMMUNITY IS A FRIENDIN NEED; BECAUSE THE TRUEOWNER OF THIS COMMUNITY ISALWAYS ITS FANS.

Life here has also shown me how much togetherness became importantreminded us once again. I shared a bond of destiny with my brothers, whom I am rivals with on the outside, sharing a dry piece of bread and water from the same bottle. With Metehan, one of these brothers, we experienced a terrifying atmosphere of uncertainty for three long, endless daysMy Yunus, my Apo, my Orkun, and my young, pure-hearted brothers aged 18-20. While we only saw ourselves as rivalsand perhaps got angryat each other, we sawthat life brought us to a point where we could do anything for each other. Now, with our shared destiny, these difficult daysWe are spending our daysby healing our wounds, and we aregetting through this, and we will emerge from heremuch stronger, because all of our consciencesare at ease and our headsare held high.

Toeveryone I havehurt or angered until today, I ask for your forgiveness.

MY BROTHERS HERE ARE ENTRUSTED TO ME, AND WE ARE ENTRUSTED TO YOU.”

With love and respect,

MERT HAKAN YANDAŞ
